Step-1: Click on the “Alt text” option
The first step is to “Right Click” on the image where you want to add the alt text. In the right-click menu, click on the “Alt text” option. This will open a dialog box. Alternatively, you can press the “Ctrl+Alt+Y” keys on your keyboard to open the “Alt Text” dialog box.
Step-2: Click on the “Tile” box
In the “Alt Text” dialog box, you have to first click on the “Title” box. Then you can type in a suitable title for the image.

6. How to Remove Text Over Image in Google Slides?
In Google Slides, you can easily remove a text box over an image using the “Delete” feature. You can also use the keyboard shortcut.
6.1 Method-1 Using the “Delete” option
To remove a text box over an image using the “Delete” option, you have to first select the text box. Make sure not to select the image along with it. Then “Right Click” on the text box over the image. In the right-click menu, all you have to do is click on the “Delete” option.
6.2 Method-2 Using the keyboard shortcut
To remove a text box using the keyboard shortcut, you have to first click on the text box. Make sure to click on the edge of the text box to select the entire text box. Clicking inside the text box will only select a text inside the text box.
